Proceeds go to Zipora Hartov, this is an alternative way to make a living as disabilities will not allow her to work any sort of job outside the home. Each raffle will end when the amount of tickets sold equals the value of the artwork.

April 15, 2007 - Last Wednesday I was summoned to Dover, DE for an appointment with the Delaware Housing Authority which turned out to be a group meeting called a pre-voucher seminar at which a group of people awaiting Section 8 rent vouchers are taught all the rules and regulations, handed lists of landlords and other helpful information, sign various forms, and get to ask whatever questions we may have of our instructor/caseworker/leader or whatever we may wish to call her. I have to decided to call her wonderful, as she had a surprise for us. She had RENT VOUCHERS!
The people receiving Section 8 help are responsible for paying the security for new housing. With this news, I must send out the Raffle Paintings for Rent page everywhere I can think to send it in hopes of raising $900. This will cover 1 1/2 month security deposit for a new home for me. So please, send this out to everyone you know and if you know of places for me to send it out as well, please send me an email. THANKS!
